For the past five years, Mr. Pilcher has worked for Technocom as a sub–agent selling local and long–distance carrier service. Mr. Pilcher has more than 20 years of IT and management experience. Prior to joining Technocom, Mr. Pilcher recently worked as the Vice President for Internet Partners where he was responsible for all sales and service aspects of a regional ISP. He holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Oregon State University and is certified in a variety of telecommunications products.
