Technocom's "A" Rating with CenturyLink

Wilsonville, Ore., May 15, 2014 – Each month CenturyLink issues a retention report card to its master agents. The grade given on how well the master agent retains expiring accounts. The report card is based on three areas of retention.

  1. Returning the information to CenturyLink in a timely manner.
  2. The quality of the feedback (i.e. notes, progress, etc.) .
  3. The net retained accounts.

It should be noted that David R. Wilson, the inside channel manager for CenturyLink, who focuses on business retention, said that Technocom is one of just 3 or 4 partners that consistently gets an "A" rating for the work they put in retaining customers.
