The former Residential division, which had been operating from office space located in the Tigard, Oregon area on SW 72nd Avenue, has moved just across the I5 Freeway to Meadows Road in Lake Oswego. The newly renovated space is located in the former Oregon State Bar building.

Technocom has also restructured the new office to assist with commercial operations as well. The company hopes to better assist commercial customers in the local area by utilizing the convenience of its new location.
