Lake Oswego, Ore., September 29, 2008—Technocom Inc., (http://www.gotechnocom.com) Technocom was the presenting sponsor of the "High–Performance Home" at Oregon Remodelers Association/NARI Annual Home Improvement & Remodeling Show.™ The show ran September 25 through September 28, 2008, at the Oregon Convention Center.

The exquisite space was designed by award winning local design firm Paolo Design Group and constructed by Argonaut Group, LLC. It incorporated many of the new green/sustainable technologies that are available to today's consumer. The project included features such as recycled bronze sinks, a bamboo (sustainable wood) door, highly efficient appliances and gas fireplace, paperstone counters, a rainwater catchment system, geothermal heat pump, and solar panels.

The exhibit was the hit of the show allowing for Technocom to demonstrate its top quality products such as Crestron controls for lighting, shades, HVAC, security and audio and TV control and total home automation; automatic Hunter–Douglas shades and several LCD flat panels.
