Wilsonville, Ore., October 26, 2007 ––Technocom, Inc., (http://www.gotechnocom.com) has announced personnel changes within its Residential division.

Adam Silva, a four–year employee at Technocom has moved to the position of Operations Manager.  Silva started at Technocom as a Technician, and then worked as both a Design Engineer and Project Manager.  In his new position, Silva will oversee the operations of Technocom’s Residential Services, including home theatre, distributed audio, security, automation controls and networking and cabling. 

Mary Sutherland, has been promoted within the division to the position of Customer Service/Project Manager.  Sutherland will work mostly with service order projects and oversee general customer service.  Starting in the company’s Commercial division as a part–time Administrative Assistant last February, Sutherland moved to the Residential office in April and worked as the division’s Administrative Assistant.

Robin Taylor has joined the Technocom residential team and will serve in the capacity vacated by Sutherland, as Administrative Assistant.  Taylor is a recent graduate of George Fox University where she earned her B.A. in Marketing.
