Technocom takes part in Sunshine Division Food Drive

Wilsonville, Ore., December 3, 2008—Technocom Inc., (http://www.gotechnocom.com) is once again taking part in the Portland Police Sunshine Division Food Drive.

Starting today and running through next Thursday, the Wilsonville Technocom office will be collecting non-perishable food for the Sunshine Division. The barrel will be picked up Friday morning, December 12. With the national economic crisis, this drive is especially important this year. There are an increasing number of families needing emergency food relief. While Technocom employees will benefit from the convenience of the familiar Sunshine Division barrel on site, anyone is welcome to drop off non-perishable items at the Wilsonville office.

About the Sunshine Division
The Portland Police Sunshine Division is a non-profit emergency food relief organization. The Division maintains a civilian Board of Directors with the assistance of one sergeant paid for and supported by the Police Bureau. The Division has been in operation since the early 1920's and continues to offer emergency food relief as a result of generous donations of food, cash and services from local businesses and the general public.
