Senior Telecom Technician
Job Summary: System Technician to install and maintain Avaya, ESI and 3COM products.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Networked adjuncts, system / switching equipment, adjunct processor peripherals, application software and vendor products into a fully integrated system; installing terminal transmission products such as network modems, channel service units and interface applications; providing on-premises maintenance support, and resolving maintenance issues through the interpretation of diagnostic results and system tests.
