100% Reliability Factor
UGuardU video surveillance system has achieved a 100% reliability factor since the product was released over a year ago.
“Businesses and homes are increasingly using IP cameras to protect property and assets.” said Gabe Authier, Product Manager. “The reliability of our software provides assurance that our product is an effective solution.”
UGuardU offers two product lines, a hosted solution where video is stored by Technocom in the cloud, and the UGuardU Video Recording Solution (UGU VRS) for installations requiring more than four cameras. The UGU VRS is Linux based, runs on a variety of hardware, and can be configured to meet the needs of specific applications.
Technocom CEO Rick McCloskey said, “Our engineers were tasked with developing a product that users could depend on from anywhere an internet connection was available. We are very pleased to announce that we have had no software failures on installed systems.”
Technocom is a single source solutions provider of low voltage cabling, IP phone systems, security systems, audio/visual systems and carrier services for businesses. Technocom also provides residential services including home theater, security systems, electronic controls, and low voltage cabling.
UGuardU is a video recording system developed by Technocom that utilizes IP cameras and the internet to provide surveillance services for businesses and homes. The service allows cameras to be monitored from anywhere an internet connection is available, including mobile devices.
